Its true ... its really, really true!!!   There is someone for everyone to adopt! Follow the links to the right to see!

And it doesn't just stop there:

There are often bunnies and barnyard buddies.  Horses of course .. now that we have a horse rescue in Nova Scotia!   We have a wonderful reptile rescue!

And at some point in time, nearly every group or shelter has had the little furry friends!  They actually come into rescue quite often when their owners don't understand the importance of spay neuter!

There is a fish rescue forum ... who are always ready and able to rehome fish for folks!

As you can see from the sidebar at the right, we are lucky to have so many different Adoption Options in NS.

When I talk about how much love and devotion that rescued pets can bring to your life, I'm speaking from experience.   Andy, on the left, was adopted from ARC and Rascal was adopted from Atlantic Small Dog Rescue.   Ruby and Henry ... pictured below... came from ARC and CAPS respectively.

I live in the country ... so four of my six cats found their way here after being abandoned.    Dora and Oscar ... whom you see in the community cat corner, are my own cats.   Dora came here as a feral kitten ... and I did adopt Morgan from SHAID.
