| It takes courage to go through
life with a handicap. Yet every day there are lovely
pets in rescue with special needs. Poor food, no medical care and
rough circumstances have taken their toll.
It takes resilience for these wonderful animals to recover. So many adopters pass them by without a second glance. It takes a special person to see past the limp or the heart murmur. Not everyone can see the promise of strength in these little survivors. Those who can are repaid with more love and devotion than they ever could have imagined.
